How do i go into recruitment already knowing a lot of girls and kind of having an idea of where i fit in?

Just be nice to everyone and be open minded because houses can surprise you. But regardless be nice to every chapter bc you can be released from recruitment if you aren’t & don’t name drop at houses where you have friends there.

you would have had to start “knowing people” a looong time ago not a couple days before recruitment. also know people in a chapter does nothing for you because you likely won’t talk to that person and the girls will only choose you if they feel like you truly fit in their chapter

This! I had a lot of friends in AGD when I went through recruitment but at the end of the day I wasn’t the right fit for that house. Those girls are very outgoing and bold and I’m on the quieter side. Getting cut by them was a little sad but in the end I’m happy w the house I ended up in and I still hang out w my gam friends all the time!

knowing a lot of girls in a chapter doesn’t mean you fit in. the members are the ones who will know if you fit in or not, so don’t act like you got it covered during recruitment because you might get dropped.
