difference between chi phi and tep?

Looking to rush this spring. What’s the difference between these two houses? Ik they’re both off campus but what else do you guys know about them

chi phi just recolonized this past spring so they can’t have pairs until they get their official charter which is happening this year. they just secured two townhouses for next year so they can have pairs. new but growing

Chi phi doesn’t really have a rep yet and tep is already known for being creepy. If you want pairs right away choose tep but if you can wait and are willing to actually get to know the brothers then choose chi phi
