differences between phi delt and sig chi

Looking to rush both of these houses in the spring.. what’re they like and which would you choose?

Phi Delt is mostly east coast guys while Sig Chi is more of an old school preppy fraternity. They both pair with the same sororitys but Sig Chi pairs top more often

They’re very similar. Arguably the two preppiest houses on campus. Both wealthy. Phi delt is east coast preppy and sigma chi is more Chicago / Indy. Both very good guys, sig chi just gets better pairs

Sig chi quads w pi kapps and phi delt does a lot of stuff w zeebs

Sig chi is actually liked and phi delt is lower more girls compare sig chi to beta or Fiji or phi sig or ksig (before they got kicked)
