Let’s start a thread of wack/funny stuff that you’ve seen happen during recruitment so we can all have a laugh and also so PNMs can relax a little and see they aren’t THAT weird. Last year during pref I was rushing this girl and while I was talking to her she took off her shoe and SCRATCHED her foot. Sis was going ham but still maintained eye contact w me and talked to me like nothing was going on.

I was trying out those magnetic eyelashes last year and during one of the rounds of sisterhood round I lost an eyelash and I have no idea for sure when it happened. I just remember one of the girls in my bump group asking me between rounds what happened to it and I can’t help but think of the pnm that watched it slowly fall off while I was talking to her and I was totally oblivious

This was a girl in the house talking to me and I’m not going to say the house because it’s rude, but when I was going through recruitment As a PNM, this girl who seemed really sweet I’m assuming had a really rough break because she asked what major I was and when I said a music major she just went off about some guy that she used to date in the house and what a terrible guy she was. Idk if it was funny or just weird but like to that girl,

We used to make bracelets as our philo round craft and this PNM legit ate a bead?? Idk what she was thinking but she just acted like nothing weird happened

i never saw any of these happen but i know tons of girls who fell while walking into the house or down the stairs in the house. they said the girls recruiting in the houses are usually nice about it and clap for them

Last year this one girl stripped off her shirt and started breastfeeding her 3month kid while she was talking to me. She didn’t even react differently

i was leaving a house during sisterhood i think and as i was going down the stairs i hit a ginormous painting with my shoulder and it fell onto me and everyone stared at me and i wanted to die. still got invited back for pref tho so there’s hope ladies!

I was recruiting and stopped by to say hi to a PNM that I had rushed and when I turned around to leave I tripped over my OWN FOOT and fell on my face
