It’s because the sophomores suck, last year tiers and status were never this big of a deal and now it’s all anybody cares about

Idk if that’s really the issue. The sophomores in my chapter are amazing and trying to create real positive change in the Greek system and I’m so proud of them and excited to see what they do for our chapter during recruitment. They’re so passionate! I love my babies
