bottom tier and top tier

So everyone keeps talking about respect. That if you are in a top tier you are more respected. If that’s the case then I have to disagree because I cannot give a house respect when they degrade and put down other women. That’s not what Greek life is about that’s what you have turned it into. Respect is earned not given.
