types of top houses

Before people start complaining, it’s common sense that not every guy in these houses fit these descriptions but this is a general view.

Party Animals: ZBT and Pi Kapps - these two houses throw the some of the biggest and most fun parties with top sororities, their pledge classes are pretty large, and their guys know how to party. ZBT mostly east coast and Pi Kapps mostly Chicago with an Indy mix too. On thin ice with university but always seem to get outta trouble.

All-Around: Fiji - smart, involved on campus, connected alumni, and well put together guys. Not known for throwing bangers but recently started hosting bigger parties. The one top house that doesn’t seem like they’ll get kicked anytime soon. Takes only one fall pledge class a year / rush in summer but mostly Indy guys and few Chicago.

Historical: Sig Chi - a few years ago they’d be “All-Around” but been on a downfall ever since the hazing case a couple years back. Always been top tier historically and holding onto that as they still pair with top sororities. Usually quad with Pi Kapps but doesn’t host that often. Solid group of guys mostly from Midwest area.

All four of these houses have “facey” or “rich” guys and some dweebs as well. Phi Delt, Sammy, and Phi Sig (when they start hosting more) are on the come up but just not there yet.
