best advice for all pnms for recruitment

There’s been a bunch of “dear PNMs...” posts lately but if you’re going to take any advice listen to this post!!
You’re going to go to 22 different chapters within a couple days and I don’t care how good you think your memory is, you will not remember how you feel about every one of them. Don’t even try to remember.
Before you even go to the first house, make a list of every chapter in your notes on your phone. After you leave each chapter write down how you felt while taking to girls there and the vibe you got from them overall. Even if it’s just a “meh” make sure you put something down. This will help you keep track of how you really felt before talking to other people and having other opinions try to change your mind.

I miss my rho gam she was the best. Also an important thing she told us; you guys will be going to 22 houses, be nice to everyone please. We get it we’ve been there, they are long days Just remember you attitude plays a big part in your experience and how you will be remembered

If you can remember names of girls you talked to after the round that’s helpful to add to your notes bc you can bring up conversations you had w them if they went well and you get invited back. It shows girls you’re really interested if you remember names but we also understand it’s so hard to remember everyone’s name during recruitment since you’re meeting so many girls back to back, it’s hard for us to remember your names sometimes too
