Phi Delt always comes in with top tier pairs and the house always has great parties. If you’re rushing you should base it off which house you feel comfortable in. Both are top tier so you really can’t go wrong but personally Delt>Sig. Don't let greekrank dictate where you’re going that defeats the entire purpose of joining a frat. Just try and find guys you want to be your brothers for the next 3
