top 5 frats to rush

ZBT - East coast money $$$. They consistently throw solid parties and are “top house”

Sig Chi - Midwest money $$$. Lot of girls find them boring but they are rich and good looking so they remain on top

Phi Sig - Half Cali half Chicago kids. Been in trouble forever cause hazing but will be able to party next semester. Courtyard and parties 10/10. Pair w gphi and axo type houses more consistently than pi phi / aphi

Phi Delt - Similar level as Phi Sig, slightly nicer house but parties aren’t near as wild. Good looking and super chill guys

Acacia - Super dope house and full of fun guys. Could really rise if they build a better outside party area. ❄️.
