by: InterestingLet’s say the investigation concludes that their was no anti Semitism and the aepi guy through the first punch. Does pi kapps still get kicked? To me the kicking on the ground by like 5 guys feels a little bit like attempted murder, even though the kid is fine with the news outrage and everything else, are they gone no matter what?

That professor made national news and is still here... This is a very different situation though. With IU’s history of dealing with these things I would say it’s impossible to know what will actually happen. If what you say does happen, I think it could go either way. Only time will tell.
