In terms of “rising” the fastest, itll probably be Phi Psi because of their history and house, in terms of staying in their house the longest my opinion is Phi Tau or Beta Sig, because neither seem to be “rule breakers” or heavily focused on throwing the “best parties” like some top frats, they are genuine greek houses
