2020 frat ranks to end all ranks

Ok this ranking is based on what houses actually pair together and generally will go to parties with similar houses. Iykyk. So many people who post on this site just don’t know what they’re talking about

Undisputed top tier. No matter what aepi or phi sig says they’re simply not up to that level yet. Pairs with aphi piphi kappa axo gphi.

UPPER MID
Beta Phi sig aepi SAE acacia

Houses that pair with mid tiers as well as top tiers (more frequently than mid tier frats that is). Beta would be top tier but lost their house. Will probably be back to top next year

MID
Sig ep theta chi sig pi

DU

Normal houses at IU. Pair primarily with those in the mid range (kd, dg, aephi, axid). DU less than those above.

Drop off

BOTTOM
Phi psi alpha sig beta sig phi tau

Pike etc

Bottom houses that need time to develop. Don’t really have a social calendar at all like mid-top houses here, don’t quad, and so on. Pike and other unhoused frats here irrelevant.
