by: truth.Chi o has barely been able to go down further on their first bid list to give everyone bids on it for the past two years of formal recruitment, before they were in trouble. I know this because girls in the house have told me. Theres no way they will fall that much after years of getting only the first people on their bid list and that’s the truth

What happened in the past is irrelevant. XO national pulled this chapter from recruitment last year because there were some VERY serious Risk Management issues. The chapter has gone through a complete overhaul as a result. What happened historically with XO is past history. The new Pcs will be 100% different. No more party girls! 100% respectable girls with high GPAs and a willingness to be PC. This is a new mid tier chapter!
