hazing is dying

There are only a handful of houses that actually haze at iu anymore, the rest have all been scared by recent investigations or are too new to even do anything. It’s sad, the IU I came to as a freshman was so much harder, I didn’t believe it when our seniors said how much it changed either recently.

It’s obvious to tell when your kids are soft because you house stopped pledgeship.

Pledgeship has to change if houses want to survive. Pledgeship 4 years ago was different than it was 30 years ago. It might be soft but look at everyone who has fallen. Pledgeship can still have aspects of the past at times, but not entirely.

This is the OP again, but it’s really annoying how it’s changed because IU did not haze with alcohol much if at all before. It was all designed to be a hard time commitment or embarrassment but never life threatening, only southern schools we’re doing the stupid stuff.
