The house is $14,000 a year, I'm not surprised their members don't want to pay that anymore

They were in such a hurry to make that deal with Delts that they kind of got taken for a ride. I think it's going to be the best move for them. They had a good thing going when they were in the apartment block.

it’s honestly a good move for them. No house = no rules. They can have boys and alc and everything. I get fined if I bring a boy to my room I would much rather have my own apartment
