The only way this ends is if PNMs reject Alpha Phi. Put Alpha Phi LAST on your ranking after each round. They will only react when they see their statistics drop significantly. Otherwise it is business as usual. Where you rank them drives that statistic. So, don't be fooled by the bright shiny object that is Alpha Phi. It is a toxic waste dump you don't want to be a part of.
