Honestly, APhi hates all women. Their recruitment model pushed by nationals feeds into misogynistic culture. (i.e. let men define our standards for friendship...if she ain't hot enough, we don't think she will add to the value of our organization). WTF? What kind of standards are those? GPA? not important. Involvement? not important? Big tatas--bid that girl.
