dphie about to be on the streets?

What is going on with DPhiE in the TriDelt house? I heard their HD is leaving for Phi Psi and they may not be able to keep the TriDelt house.

They probably can't afford the Tri Delt house any longer. Their national paid the spring semester's rent on it two years ago when they got it to use for informal recruitment. Then national partially subsidized the fall semester last year, since then they have been on their own and are the second or third smallest chapter.

They can’t afford it anymore... they take pledge classes of like 10-20 girls and that’s not enough to pay for the house.
