can someone explain how??

So Beta Sig got an amazing house with good party space 4 years ago, had cool people rushing because freshmen confuse Beta Sig with Beta Theta Phi, rarely got in trouble, and somehow still bottom tier and still pairing with Adpi in these last 4 years. What's wrong?
