PNMs! Best advice you can get is GET OFF OF THIS SITE! It is all a bunch of crap. Go into recruitment meeting every single chapter with a positive attitude and let the process happen. Do not start with any preconceived notions. Attend philanthropy events at every house. They love when freshmen attend. Get to know sisters informally and make up your own damn mind.
