why doesn’t pike get a house?

They have the money to build one, the university just isn’t selling any land to Greek houses atm

Honestly if I were PIKE I would be happy to be unhoused. Most of what they do goes under the radar and they still have a decent chapter. They are by far the best of the unhoused.

Honestly pike is so underrated (coming from a girl they pair with) like pike’s parties are better than some houses frats because they have less rules and they never get in trouble. They by far have the best set up an unhoused frat could get. If they ever got a house on campus they would rise so fast because they actually have decent guys esp in the new pc
