the good houses
by: HehahAphi, pi phi, kappa, axo, dz, gphi, zeta. If a girl isnt in one of those houses then shes gonna have trouble getting into top tier frats or any without being on guest list. It would be EMBARRASSING not to be in one of the good houses. I would be very unlikely to tell anyone if I hooked up with a girl not in one of those houses.. but probably wouldnt f€ck her in the first place lmfao

I’m going through rush this year and I honestly don’t think id wanna be in any other houses besides those listed... like sure im sure the bad sororities have fun girls too but id just be embarrassed having everyone at home know I was in agd or theta or something, because girls from my home town are in axo, pi phi and gphi and one in kkg and most of them are genuine/fun so idk why not just join one of the good ones if they have good personalities anyway!

First of all...Alpha Phi is doing informal recruitment this fall, I'd hardly call them TOPS for that alone. ZTA hasn't been a top chapter since 2015. Get a clue, ZTA has more than their share of big girls.
Oh and PS, not in a top tier sorority and never had trouble getting into any party I wanted. Top tier frats have boring parties by the way, why would you want to go there? Middle frats tend to be more fun.

Alpha phi has been doing informal, COB since they have been an organization at this school. It is a national rule to give all girls an opportunity to be apart of the organization year round. Zeta has one of the best new PCs and a lot of girls are in zeta and they are killing their philanthropy with the pink pins. This is not a place to discuss rude things about chapters please keep them to yourself. This only makes rush for men and woman more stressful.

No way that post was written by an actual student. First of all, who isn't sympathetic to breast cancer, so ZTA really doesn't have to do a lot of the look good. It's a no brainer philanthropy. Second of all, Alpha Phi NEVER does fall informal. They may slide a few girls in under the radar right after recruitment but never in the fall. Go back to your knitting.

I doubt any girl truly believes a different house is above one of those 7... bc as much as it sucks, those girls aren't just top in looks, but personality too. Everyone likes those houses during rush for the most part bc of the charming girls, the thing is they make major cuts early on so girls have to settle for lower houses and then convince themselves that they are happy there, when the girls in those top houses are just better at talking to people in general and were able to cut lower houses as rush progressed. What sucks is the girls who had one of those 7 houses on pref night, but got cut and have to settle for the likes of azd/kd.

I know for a fact girls pref kd/azd above those 7. It's very clear you know nothing and are not part of the system and are a wannabe. And for those girls who "settle" they are VERY happy!

I feel like if a girl has azd/kd and a top house on pref night and they say they chose azd/kd theyre lying to you... or maybe they had delta zeta or some house that is close in rank and genuinely believed theyd be happier in the lower house bc they got rushed by girls they really liked, but i dont think that thats normally the case

^^^ I preffed one of these 7 and a house that is considered "Mid". I chose the "Mid" house because I knew a lot of girls from Kelley that I was already friends with in the "Mid" house. Academics were/are important to me and I followed that over parties. Who is anyone else to judge?? I have absolutely no regrets. I found people that share my values. Not everyone is driven by superficial status.

Hello. I was in a middle/low tier house. I had one time where I couldn’t get into a top tier frat and that was because it was mom’s weekend and they didn’t want too many rando’s in their house. Every other time was fine. Good people don’t care and bad people do care. Ranks don’t matter and anyone that says they do, sucks.
If you keep this attitude up, good luck in the real world! You’ll be very disappointed.
