I keep wondering about Chi O. Out of everybody, they surely have the most openings....I’d say at least 70-100. And some of those would about have to be filled with upperclass women who could ostensibly move into the half-filled house later on.
Or are they planning on trying to take ALL FRESHMEN? They don’t have enough actives to provide “families” for a huge pledge class.
What’s their rush strategy?

National people will be basically doing rush for them. The new XO will have NO social life. They can't have events for TWO years. Why would an upperclasssmen want to join a chapter with no social events when you can just go to the bars? The off-campus former frats are going to have nothing to do with the new group either, they are loyal to the old girls who were kicked out/dropped. This is a lose lose proposition.
National will be looking for GPA, activities and service. Things XO has never been good at before.
TPA and ASA will have better social lives that XO for the next two years.
