why is sk & sdt higher than tpa when tpa is basically the same as them

SK is pretty much the same as TPA but they’ve both had houses longer than TPA where as TPA was known as unhoused for the current seniors so it’s reputation

Honestly, I think TPA is under appreciated. But so is SK. TPA suffers from that house bill. If you're paying 14K to live in a house, one expects a better social life. SK suffers from being the newest chapter on campus.

I honestly don't see much different in AOII, Phi Mu, ADPi, AGD, SK, TPA.
