It's not a secret. Their recruitment strategies were published by their Michigan chapter a few years ago. It's all available online. The sad thing is the way they treat their own members who have no say in who joins. It is all set by external scoring from social media before the pnm even shows up. They also rank their existing members as to who can talk to pnms. It is shallow and very mean spirited.
