frats to watch for fall 2019

Phi Delt - Using new "courtyard" they are making big moves especially stealing phi sig's hc pair and stealing some of their quads

Acacia - they're having a new courtyard made as well and will be quading and pairing well this semester

Sig Pi - They have a better Homecoming pair then AEPI. That's saying a lot they are making moves and rising whether people like it or not
