XO can't rent anything. So if by XO you mean the girls who were kicked out of XO, then maybe. But, no XO is not renting anything right now. They are on lockdown and will be for the next two years. Same with Kappa Sigma, there is no Kappa Sigma at IU. There are some guys who can't follow the rules who used to be Kappa Sigs...

any group can rent space. they are formally of a frat/ sorority and renting with others that are still in one or have been kicked. it's not a school function. it's friends renting space together

Yeah a friend group can rent a place, but the OP asked what frats and frats were renting stacks. Those members who were kicked out of XO and Kappa Sig are GEEDS now, just like the rest of you.
