The school needs to give their house to someone else

The school can't give the XO house to someone else geed. XO housing corp owns it. XO can choose to rent it to another chapter, which if they were smart they'd close that chapter down and rent the house to TPA.

The XO left overs are epitome of sloppy seconds.

Ok one I actually am in Greek life and that’s what I meant. Another chapter deserves to be on campus more than XO. That was the point.
