ZBT, Pikapps - Top house cause they keep throwing the best parties on campus
Fiji, Sig Chi, Phi Sig, Sammy - Still top but less memorable parties, still hot guys
Sammy, Phi Delt - Upper mid, same as mid tier but less of the wierd or creepy guys. Pair with top sororitys often
SAE, AEPi, Acacia, Sig Pi - Solid mid tier, a lot of kids rush these. Aepi and sae pair with top sororitys sometimes
Sig Ep, Theta Chi - Lower mid, more academically focused in general same guys as mid tier
Asig, Phi Psi - Not very sure about these two, paired with decent sororitys while unhoused but not sure if they can pair with atleast KD with just the house but they're already better than DU with the house.
DU, Beta Sig, Pike - Very academically focused, some stronger brotherhood and less intense hazing.
