don’t listen to this, the top houses have great qualities and so do the bottom houses. girls on here are jealous and mean and honestly every house gets hate so just go through rush and see for yourself.

You shouldn’t be asking which houses to stay away from. I rushed freshmen year and was super concerned with the reputations of houses. I joined pi phi and ended up dropping because the girls were awful and then rushed again and joined a different house. But that is just my opinion. You might like them. My point is it doesn’t matter if a chapter is housed or unhoused. You end up going to lots of different frat parties anyway. Try to find girls you connect with that you could see as being your absolute best friends

I know some girls from pi phi And they seem really fake at times. Like they just don’t seem like really good friends and some the girls I know in the house has said the same thing. But you might end up really liking them that’s why you have to really try to Connect with people when you’re going through rush to make sure that you are making the right choice for the right reasons

All houses have their problems. It’s a house full of girls there will always be problem just try to find people you can see as your friends

Stay away from Dz, zeta, achio, kd, gphi, chio, Phi mu, sdt, etc. etc.
