Wtf are you talking about? There are no tiers in the workplace or classes. Lol no it is a made up system to make those that peaked in high school to feel good about themselves.

So a CEO is not a higher tier in a company than a manager? OR a 400 class is not higher tier than a 100 class? Keep living in the delusion "that tiers don't matter", "its made up by people cooler than me", etc. The truth is if guys would rather party with pi phi or dphie they would choose pi phi in a heartbeat, this places them in a higher tier.

delusions.. classes are completely different. You have to move up to complete your major. Several studies have shown it is not what you college you go to. It is what you do after. In that regard if you “Tier” colleges. So someone who goes to a lesser state can and will do better if they continue the grind. So no tiers do not matter. It will always be about potential. Still living the ..I am better than you dream of high school. FYI not in the Greek system. GEED proud. Just slumming.

What studies are you reading? There is a heavy correlation between the college you go to and the income you make afterwards... In that regard, people that graduated out of higher tier colleges like the ivy leagues make 40,000 more than people from community colleges. Tiers do matter, and it matters everywhere in life.

However.. for minorities and women the study states women earn more if they put off kids. And low income and minorities it does help.
