For ZBT An inside connection really helps, rush is extremely competitive, but there is hope they have been diversifying their pc's in recent years, On the other hand FIJI is also all connections but unfortunately they start making there pledge classes in the Summer and are basically set on guys

If you’re SERIOUS—and on this site it’s questionable—FIJI does pick up a few pledge class additions in the fall. Do this: look around for FIJI (Phi Gam often in the South) grads to write a recommendation or two. Dress well, firm handshake and present yourself confidently to their table/house during rush. (You’d better have excellent grades and a strong HS resume, also.)

Visit www.zetafiji.com and go to their rush tab for information about Fiji rush because they do it different. They might already have their fall pledge class filled out but you never know if someone decides to drop. For ZBT, try to talk to as many guys as you can during their rush events and make a good impression (knowing someone already in the house helps a lot too)
