the “best” house on campus is going informal
by: HAAlpha Phi is on the list to do informal recruitment. Let that be a lesson to greek life at IU that ANYONE can need more members for their chapter and it’s not always just the lower tier ones!!!!!!!

Alpha Phi also had some girls drop over the summer. They like to keep the house full. I expect them to take 3-5 women all of whom are legacies they wanted who did not make grades, friends of current members, transfers with friends in the house. I would bet all of those spots are already filled, too.
Chi O will have to do informal, they don't have enough current members to be able to participate in recruitment with out having each sister talk to 5 PNMs. They may not have turned in their paperwork yet.

For Chi O, pretty good. They are rushing with the “help” of Headquarters Staff, who will certainly steer them away from the type of girls who nearly got them kicked off last year.
So if you’re just a “normal” girl with good grades, leadership potential and good morals, you’d stand a good chance. Not sure if any of last year’s legacies waited out formal hoping for this year?
One thing is certain: no social events, parties, etc. for two years. So: do girls REALLY not want much social life till their junior year?
That’s the question....
