Damn this is actually pretty accurate except Theta is a little higher in the middle tier and the mid tier could be switched around within itself

I would switch AOPi with AGD but other than that, I honestly like these rankings. Refreshing to see something accurate with the changing times and not the same old ones that don’t show how houses are changing.
