advice for a rush chair

What advice do you have for a new rush chair? I’m excited for fall rush 2019 and I think it’s got some real potential but I’ve never recruited people before.
Just be honest, be yourself, be welcoming and just have fun with it was my outlook towards it but I’d like others input aswell

Nah don’t listen to em. Sounds like you have your head in the right place. Just don’t pick weird ass kids and you’ll be fine

What house? I am a former rush chair, depending on the house tho I can give better advice because not all houses rush the same
