asa or dphie

lowkey my roommate from freshmen year joined ASA her soph year and she loves it

both houses have strong sisterhood. ASA doesn't have a house whereas dphie does so it comes down to whether or not you wanna live in a house or have flexibility to live in apartment

they get hate because they are considered leftover chapters which means they just take all the girls that didn’t make it into their top choice chapters during recruitment. asa gets more hate because they are unhorsed and a lot of girls go through recruitment looking for a house to live in. DPhiE has a house but still gets a lot of hate. Bottom tier chapters get hate that’s just how it is.

Through recruitment I felt like the girls were always nice in both houses. Although I know that for ASA not having a house makes it hard for them to really compete. And yeah lower their houses just get hated on. if you are going through recruitment try to keep an open mind to find what's right for you.
