the best advice i can give to incoming freshman

by: Good Luck

The greatest piece of advice I can give incoming freshman who actually want to make something out of their Greek life involvement is to take the time and actually visit some of those smaller houses. Check out Pi Lam, check out Pike, and (dare I say) check out Phi Tau. Those are the kind of houses that will make two promises to you that the upper tier houses cannot: 1. You will be bidded based on your personality, character, and how well you actually fit in with the brothers as opposed to connections and money and 2. You will actually have a legitimate opportunity to make your way onto exec and speaking from experience, there is nothing more gratifying than seeing an organization you put your time and effort into thrive. Good luck to all the incoming Hoosiers and we can’t wait to have you!

If that’s all you care about, then I can guarantee those houses won’t want you anyway :)
