Both rising houses. Will be solid mid tier or maybe even upper mid by the end of the year bc of the rate that frats are getting the boot. Putting them in the same category as beta sig is damn near disrespectful. Herbs in beta sig belong w the virgins in pike and the creeps in pkt

it’s just false to say either would even become middle. no hate, it just is impossible because of how the tier system works. they can’t rise higher than other houses that already have established reputations. i know nothing about either house and that should tell people that they now will be known by at least the freshmen because they have houses now, but older people still will not know who they are

Honestly, been to both often and the guys there are much better socially than DU or Theta Chi or Sig Ep and are just bottom tier because they were unhoused. I personally prefer Asig more because when I talk to them we never have the conversation about "how our house is rising up the ranks", unlike Phi Psi where it usually comes up some point in the convos.

I'm in ADPi and our little 5 with asig was terrible. So few girls were going to the pairs that our socials threatened to cancel future pairs if we didn't start showing up. Guys were weird and creepy. Pls god let us not pair with them again.
