It's only hazing if it is done solely by the recently joined. If it is an active task that not only them but brothers do as well it will not be classified as such.

Hey not true, you're full of it. Only an Ivory Towered ninny would call cleaning and driving hazing. By your definition it's hazing to make new employees to grunt work. You all need to get some experience in the real world. There are no adverse affects from cleaning and driving. Administration opposition to such is typically misguided.
