how hard is it to get bids?

Both not possible without connections unless you get lucky tbh. Not worth rushing anyways, there is about a 50-50 chance your frat will be gone any semester now. Greek life likely will not exist at all at IU in about 3-5 years or with only a select number of frats with historical relationships with the school which is basically only FIJI, Sigma Chi, and maybe 1-2 others.
