There's a PDF report from IU if you search for "iu greek life suspended" with all the organisations being disciplined. For ChiO is says "Deferred Suspension effective May 1, 2019 through May 1, 2020" and "Extended Disciplinary Probation effective May 1, 2020 through May 7, 2021"
So they haven't been shut down but they will probably be on strict probation and not allowed to recruit for a whileeeeee

^^^ Yes—this is spot on. However, their fall upper class rush will be overseen by representatives from Chi O Headquarters.
It will be fascinating to see who they end up offering bids to—not only who THEY RUSH but also WHO wants to rush THEM...given the constraints they’ll be under for TWO YEARS.
