Upper: Phi Delt
Μid: SAE and Sig Ep
Lower: Phi Psi and Beta Sig
Bottom: TEP

Every house is going to have the full blown degenerates and the ones have it together. These houses just have a lot more guys that “have it together.”

fiji-overall most well rounded in terms of everything (inlcuding social)
beta sig and sig ep- both some of the smartest houses w sig ep better socially
phi psi- overall decently well rounded but trying to rise socially

FIJI and Sig Ep come to mind first when I think of guys that have it going on..right balance of work hard/ play hard.

Every house has degenerates. Every house has guys who have it together. Every. Single. House. Of them, I would say 3 have earned the reputation of “having it together”. Beta, Fiji, and Sig Ep. To try and add any other houses to this list would be pointless.
