theta?
by: ??I’m from out-of-state, but will be going to IU next year. My mom was a Theta there and I was just wondering what it’s like or what kinds of PCs they’re taking?

Theta is the house with the top GPA on campus. Most of their members are in Kelley or medical majors. They are girls that are involved and motivated all over campus They have the most historical wins for Little 5. They are considered a 'middle tier' house because they aren't big partiers compared to other houses. That is just not their focus. In fact, they were on probo for the past couple of years so their socials were low key. Their members are attractive and generally respected. If you aren't into status and "tiers" this is a great house. If you are motivated by tiers and parties, this isn't your place.

No, it's not the top GPA on campus. Phi Mu, AOII and ADPi have been higher for the last couple of years. But they are generally super nice girls.
