I’m in a top frat& kniw girls around. I think KD ISway lower & sdt is higher. I also think it should b changeable within tiers/ like my frat wants pi phi first but other frats might ask for kkgmore

I would move Theta up into the Middle group, for sure. Everyone else looks to be about right.

When doing these rankings what exactly makes a Pi Phi so much better than the rest? Or for example so much better than a Theta?

Pi Phi seems to be more highly desired by PNMS during recruitment than Theta is. They are very different chapters. Theta has been on social probation with their Nationals for the better part of three years, they just got off probo March of this year. Having such a limited social calendar for three years really does hurt your reputation. Even girls who don't party all that much would like to have an event every now an then. Also, Pi Phi attracts a more outgoing, outwardly attractive type than Theta. Don't get me wrong, I think Theta has attractive girls, they are just more low-key and more athletic. Pi Phi hasn't had a Little 500 team in at least two years.

During recruitment, Theta looks for grades, connections, old money, etc. While Pi Phi looks for more for looks and out going personalities.

AGD and ADPi both pair with beta sig and Asig, they should be below AOPi and Phi Mu
