I doubt you were “dropped” by every house. You felt you are too good for the houses that were left on your list and you withdrew from the process. So yes rush again. You can hope for a different result. But who knows...

a lot of times if you already know girls in a house it’s easier to get in, so in that sense it cannn be easier to rush as a sophomore if you’re already well liked
