rushing phi psi and pi kapps, where should i go?

Freshman in the fall, heard pi kapps is top, but phi psi could get there this upcoming year.

Girl in mid tier sorority here. Phi psi will definitely rise with the house and has a history here. Tough to say, but I think I would say phi psi, will probably be above pi kapps in a year or two

Pi kapps has cooler house, phi psi has cooler guys. But phi psi is getting a great house next year, so phi psi wins all around
