Alpha phi: more Cali, urban hipster vibe, parties hard af
Pi phi: classy, preppy, drinks but is always put together
Kappa: mix between both, and parties the hardest out of all sororitys
Gphi: smokes hella greens, hipster, chill
Axo: sweet, put together Indy girls who socialize with their Indy friends
Zeta: hates everyone but themselves, basic, blondes
DZ: goes wild, trendy, beautiful girls, very social
Axid: likes to party, very basic, from all over
KD: super social and sweet, harmless
Aephi: jappy, and party hard, fashionable
Theta: preppy, smart, all so nice
Dg: push girls at every pair, only like eachother, fashionable and a lot of girls should be upper tier
Aopi: so smart, loving, always there for a good laugh
Agd: from everywhere, don’t pair, all funny
Adpi: nice house, don’t party as much
Sk: like to drink but don’t get pairs
Phi mu: so chill, all nice, loves everyone
Sdt: breaks into aepi parties
Asa: there for sisterhood
Tpa: best house wish they were cooler girls

DG hasn't made quota the last two years. Two years ago they had two girls decline their bids and they gave out hush hush COBs day after bid day. This year, again they had girls who went there and a lower tier house not sign bid cards. They did COB this spring right after recruitment. Chapters who have tons of girls who could have gone "upper tier" don't have to COB, ever.

COB is continuous open bidding. It is handing out a bid outside of the normal Panhel process. Once all the dust settles and you see who has accepted their first extensions, if a chapter comes up a little short, they can extend to the "B" list. Great way to meet quota and include more women in Greek life. Not a bad thing at all.

Get over it. Almost every chapter gives at least one COB. It’s soooo not uncommon for a girl to drop for whatever reason and doesn’t mean the house is bad or “lower tier” because they gave out a COB or two. Like I said, almost every sorority gives at least one out (including top!!!!) you’d be surprised.

100% had to give bids post recruitment, but how the hell would we (the commentators on greekrank) know why unless we happened to be a part of DGs recruitment. It could have been them not fulfilling their quota determined by panhel, the chapters/nationals own quota, etc. Not even relevant bc most chapters don’t get their perfect pc / have to go through other means to meet quota. Anyway, most girls in DG should not be in a “higher tier” bc that’s just not their personality.
