by: STFUSK, you are not mid tier. You guys do not even have your own house, which may not effect a chapter theoretically, but DEFINITELY effects girls' views during recruitment. You guys have been doing better as a chapter in general, but that does not mean you jump over all the houses in your tier to the top of the lower mid. You are exposing yourselves so much by saying this all over Greek Rank. The only house that you are above is SDT. A few hot girls does not equal rank jumping.

There are several chapters campus who do not own their house: DX lives in the ATO house. DPhiE lives in the DDD house. SK lives in the Phi Psi house this year but will live in Kappa Sig for the next 4 years with an option to extend. TPA lives in the DTD house for one more year. Wonder who will be living in the LXA house and XO houses next fall.

ZBT does not know the house they live in yet no one bashes them for it. Their landlord owns the ZTB and the Sammie/TKE/Alpha Sig house. So neither leasor owns their house ether.

But the point is wrong. SK is NOT the only sorority without their own house: DPhiE, SK, TPA all lease. ASA doesn't even have a house. So what is YOUR point?
