smart houses

Hi, I’ll be rushing next fall when I come to campus. I’m thinking premed, so I’m really interested in a fraternity that values academics but also parties. I see all of the rankings on here, but am wondering which of those houses are more academically driven?

Beta Sig and Sig Ep are undoubtedly the 2 smartest houses on campus. Both party, but Sig Ep pairs a bit better. Check them out and see which one you vibe with more

The difference between sig ep and beta sig... both could win a spelling bee but if you were to compare the two fraternities on looks alone, you’d bet money on beta sig to win that spelling bee every. damn. time.

Sig Ep is more traditionally "cooler" but the Beta Sig guys are very sweet in a nerdy gentleman likable way. I like both houses.

If you want academics your only options are Beta Sig and SigEp. Both are quality fraternities with quality men. SigEp is much larger chapter and parties “harder” and pairs much better. Beta Sig on the other hand has an overall more wholesome chapter and still pairs decent and are on the very slow rise still
